Repair turn around time is depends on various factors such as device model, problems and required parts or solution, in general most of the repairs takes only 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Yes. We use only genuine high quality OEM parts for repair which are quality tested and assured.
We can totally understand the concern, as it’s electronic devices and there is no 100% guarantee that each and every device will get repaired, but in such cases we will provide you some other options such as trade-in or upgrade whichever best possibility available.
Once the appointment is schedule the technician will contact you to confirm the time and place and will be there for pickup/delivery.
No. The pricing/charges are standard for doorstep and in-store service.
We provide services all over Mumbai From Mumbai to Churchgate, Borivali, Kalyan, Panvel and all the areas comes within.
We do provide services outside of Mumbai and nearby areas such as Vasai, Virar, Dahanu, Kasara, Karjat, Khopoli, Roha, Taloja, Ulwe, Uran with additional charges.
As of now we are accepting payments through cash and UPI and in near future more options will be available.
Yes, We do offer 6 months on parts and 30 days on motherboard repair limited warranty.
If the same problem occurred after replacing the part or repairing the motherboard within the warranty period we will cover it with no extra charges.
We do provide online and offline training and you can choose which suits you the best.
Yes. Absolutely companies can book corporate training sessions.
Yes. we do one on one session with individuals for all age groups and professionals. And this service is also available for online and offline both.
Yes. We do provide trade-in for all Apple products and Flagship devices.
You can exchange your old device for a new one and just pay the difference.
